Overview
This project is covered by a strict non-disclosure agreement. I can’t share the client, proprietary screens, or specific figures publicly but, I’m glad to walk through the full work in a confidential portfolio review or interview.
What I can share:
I led the end-to-end redesign of an internal tool that a major retail bank’s branch staff use to issue new credit cards.
Using a continuous product discovery process, I interviewed staff across experience levels to find where the old tool slowed them down and caused errors, then rebuilt the flow for consistency, clarity, and speed, working within the bank’s enterprise design system.
The redesign meaningfully reduced processing errors and sped up customer service, and folded previously manual steps, digital signing and document handling, directly into the flow. It saw strong adoption from launch.
Want to see a full case study?
I’d be happy to walk you through the complete design process, user research findings, wireframes, final designs, and business impact during a private portfolio call.
